General Return & Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds: Cash, debit/credit card, or digital payment refunds are strictly not entertained under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.
All eligible returns or guarantee claims will be processed solely through product exchange values.

Yellow Gold Micro Polish Jewellery — 50% Exchange Value

Exchange Window & Value: Products under yellow gold micro polish carry a 50% exchange value up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Guarantee Coverage: The guarantee strictly covers discoloration / tarnish.
Fading Notice: Golden color may naturally fade over time depending on usage duration and care. This is covered within the 6-month discoloration guarantee period.
Post 6 Months: No exchange or trade-in value will be provided after 6 months.

Standard Imitation Jewellery — 25% Exchange Value

Exchange Window & Value: General imitation jewellery items carry a 25% exchange value up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Post 3 Months: No exchange value will be entertained beyond 3 months.

Damaged Product Delivery / Transit Claims

Time Limit: Damaged product exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase/delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a short, continuous unboxing video clearly showing package opening and zooming in on the damaged area.
Tag & Condition: The product tag must NOT be removed, and the product must remain strictly unused.
Claims without valid unboxing video proof or with removed tags will not be accepted.

General Conditions for Exchange

Original bill/invoice and product guarantee tag must be presented to claim exchange.
Return/replacement courier shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Ek Gram reserves the right of final determination upon physical inspection.
